Maybe you can enlighten me about the no-fly zone. The link below does show from today till Wed a NFZ for Rehoboth but the dates listed are in "newest first" order and as you can see it's the only one there for a VIP.

If they go to the Beach every weekend why aren't they listed for the future?

The link you supplied is to a dynamic listing with filter dropdowns so I have no idea what you are actually seeing. But to answer your question: there can only be one TFR with a particular airspace definition filed at a time. This is the part that looks like:

Area A

Airspace Definition:

Center: On the WATERLOO VOR/DME (ATR) 135 degree radial at 7.6 nautical miles. (Latitude: 38º44'08"N, Longitude: 75º04'49"W)

Radius: 30 nautical miles

Altitude: From the surface up to and including 17999 feet MSL

Excluding
